A true Irish red. An easy drinking red-ish ale, notes of fruity yeast esters while remaining clean and crisp. This traditional Irish red ale has NO caramel malts, just Marris Otter pale, roasted barley and de-bittered black malt. Caramel malts in history were imported to Ireland, therefore most brewers opted out. Enjoy this throwback while throwing em’ back.

Our Doppelbock is dark in color with a strong malt backbone with little hop presence. This German lager has some caramel and roasted characters. 8.1% ABV and 23 IBU

1842 BOHEMIAN PILSNER

This Bohemian Pilsner was brewed with the finest Saaz hops from the Czech Republic. This traditional pilsner was made in honor of the birth of Pilsner beer which can be traced back to its namesake, the ancient city of Plzen (or Pilsen) which is situated in the western half of the Czech Republic in what was known as the Bohemian Kingdom. 4.6% ABV and 36 IBU

FRAMBOISE RASPBERRY BELGIAN KETTLE SOUR

We brewed this beer with over 100lbs of raspberries. We kettle soured this Belgian Ale to contribute to the tartness of the raspberries. The Belgian yeast adds a slight fruit and spice character. 4.6% ABV and 5 IBU

TRIPEL WALLOON BELGIAN IMPERIAL AMBER ALE

This beer was brewed similar to what is commonly known as a Belgian Tripel. But instead we used dark Belgian Candi Syrup, which gives this beer its amber color. No dark malts or crystal malts were used. Complex, with a mild spicy flavor. This beer is yeast driven. This beer is surprisingly high octane. FYI we ordered Belgian Clear Candi Syrup but 100 lovibond Dark Candi Syrup came on the pallet instead, we just went with it. 11.3% ABV and 23 IBU

This IPA is very approachable and it is also one for the hop heads! We used 32 pounds of hops in this complex, cloudy, aromatic, and juicy IPA. Yet, only one pound during the boiling process. Double dry-hopped, once during fermentation and once in secondary, rolled oats and wheat to soften the body which along with the dry-hopping contribute to this juicy monster. Enjoy! 6.7% ABV and 39 IBU

RECREATIONAL CHEMISTRY LAGER

This lager is an experiment in water chemistry, malt, hops, and yeast. We double dry-hopped this lager with a combination of Michigan Cascade, and Mt. Rainier, along with Citra Hops. With just the right mix of brewing salts we’ve created a soft mouthfeel with just a bit of an acidic bite. With a higher carbonation level than normal this beer is reminiscent of a Mimosa. 5.5% ABV and 29 IBU
